NGI’s Weekly Spot Gas National Avg. for the Sept. 9-13 period declined a half-cent to $1.690/MMBtu.

Conditions during the week were defined by Hurricane Francine, which formed as a tropical storm early in the period and ultimately barreled into Louisiana as Category 2 storm on Wednesday.
